Equal Futures works with people who have a learning disability to be more involved in their local
community and to make lasting friendships. We believe that having choices in what you do is a life
Community Connectors help to make this happen by building a Circle of friends around the
person with disabilities. If you are able to build relationships with diverse groups of people, can
bring fresh ideas and have a good knowledge of your local community, we want to hear from you.

What we offer you
• Sessional work, about 4 hours a month, times flexible, an hourly rate of £11
• Full induction with training manual
• Ongoing support and supervision
Our Community Connectors come from all walks of life and different age groups.
This is not like other jobs – you will make a real difference to someone’s life!
PVG membership is required which we will pay for.
